Hon.
Bernard K. Membe (MP), Minister of Foreign Affairs and International
Co-operation today met with Real Admiral Launey, Head of EUCAP Nestor in his
office in Dar es Salaam. The two discussed about the launch of a comprehensive
regional training mission which aims at strengthening the maritime capacities
of countries in the Horn of Africa and the Western Indian Ocean.

a land-based coastal police force.
